    Pasta 250 grams
    Half cup capsicum (finely chopped)
    Half a cup of tomatoes (finely chopped)
    Half a cup of onion (finely chopped)
    One tablespoon garlic (finely chopped)
    One teaspoon Green Chili (finely chopped)
    A small spoon of celery leaves
    A cup of tomato puree
    A teaspoon pepper powder
    Half a teaspoon red chilli powder
    Two tablespoons cheese (grated)
    A teaspoon of sugar
    Two tablespoons oil
    Salt to taste

Method

To make masala pasta, first of all keep the water in a pan for boiling water.
- Once pasting comes to boil, add pasta to it and turn off the heat. Add some oil also so that the pasta does not stick together.
When the pasta is completely boiled, then filter it with water and take it out in a bowl.
- Remove it with hot water and wash it immediately with cold water. By doing this, the pasta will be fed.
Now keep the oil in a pan on medium heat for heating.
As soon as the oil is hot, add green chilies, garlic , onion, tomatoes, capsicum and fry it for 3 to 4 minutes till it becomes golden.
After the time, add tomato puree, black pepper powder, red chili powder, sugar and salt and stir well.
When the gravy becomes thick, add pasta to it and mix it well and turn off the flame after 2 minutes.
- Mix the cheese only after turning off the heat.
- Masala pasta is ready. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
