Ingredients for Vegetable Macaroni Recipe

  • Macaroni - 1 cup
  • Capsicum - 1
  • Cauliflower - half cup finely chopped
  • Tomatoes - 2
  • Carrots - 1- 2
  • Green chili - 1 (finely chopped)
  • Tomato sauce - 3-4 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  • Chaat Masala - 1 teaspoon
  • Red chilli powder - less than 4 teaspoons
  • Salt - small spoon or as per taste
  • Ginger paste - 1 tsp

Method - How to make Macaroni Pasta Recipe

First prepare the macaroni by boiling, put 2-3 cups of water in a vessel and keep it for boiling. After the water comes to boil, add 1 teaspoon oil, ½ teaspoon salt and macaroni and let it boil for 10-12 minutes and keep stirring occasionally.

Wash and dry all the vegetables of capsicum, carrots, tomatoes and cabbage and prepare them finely by chopping them.

The macaroni is ready, sieve it with a sieve and remove the water and set it aside.
Put oil in the pan and heat it; When the oil is hot, add ginger paste to it, add finely chopped green chilies and fry it lightly.

Now add finely chopped carrots and capsicum and fry it a little bit.

After the vegetables are crushed, add cabbage and tomatoes and fry them for 2 minutes.

Add salt, chaat masala, red chili powder and tomato sauce to the vegetables and cook a little while mixing well. Now mix the macaroni in it and add a little bit of green coriander and cook the macaroni with vegetables while running for 1 minute.

Hot veg macaroni is ready. Take it out in a plate and garnish with green coriander. Serve and eat delicious macaroni.
